Detectico One-Day Trial Failed Completely, Requesting Refund

I came across the Detectico site and decided to purchase a one-day trial for 30₺ to test its functionality. However, the service was completely useless. I even tried it with my own phone number, and it failed to deliver any results.

The issue here isn’t the small amount of money but the fact that I feel my rights as a customer have been disregarded. Detectico’s service didn’t work as promised, and I’m left deeply dissatisfied.

I am requesting a full refund for the 30₺ I spent. Additionally, I believe a site offering such a poor experience should not be operational. Please take responsibility and refund my money immediately.
