I believe I was incorrectly charged for baggage fees or other services on my Delta flight. How can I have the charges adjusted?

Following these steps will help you get your Delta flight fees or other services refunded if you think you were charged too much for them:

• You can find your file reference number on the front of the information folder that a Delta agent gave you when you reported your delayed or damaged luggage. It is an 8–10-digit alphanumeric code.

• Fill out the form on Delta's website to file a claim for lost, damaged, or delayed luggage. Along with your claim, make sure to include your file reference number and any supporting documents.

Just make sure you give Delta all the information and proof they need to look over your claim and fix any mistakes they find.
