Quality Issues with Deichmann Shoes
I bought a pair of shoes from Deichmann on January 15, 2024. After a mere 15 days of use, the interior material of the shoes proved to be of such subpar quality that it began causing discomfort to my feet. Last week, I dropped off the product at the Brandium Mall branch. However, I was informed that the problem was not their responsibility. Which department of yours determines that a problem can occur in a shoe that is only two months old, and is caused by the customer? I won't be using any shoes I've bought from you thus far. In addition, I will make sure to spread the word about the issue I encountered and make an effort to dissuade others from patronizing your establishment.
