Decathlon Online Order Delayed Delivery Not Taken Into Consideration
I ordered something from the Decathlon website on August 8, 2023, but the claimed delivery date was shown as the 14th, I tried contacting them twice without success. so difficult to contact their customer support, no idea how many times I tried...I'm forced to contemplate taking the case to the Consumer Court at this stage in order to assess my choices. I am quite upset with the lack of reaction and the missed delivery date. I must acknowledge that the entire situation has been unfortunate and frustrating, which I regret to say. It's unfortunate that a business like Decathlon, from which I anticipated much better service, has so utterly let me down. I'm hoping that a solution will be found for this issue and that Decathlon will go above and above to ensure better customer service in the future.
