Deborah Lipstick Order Returned but Refund Still Missing

I purchased a Deborah lipstick from Watsons. Even though I updated my delivery address, the lipstick was sent to my old address. I did not accept the package from that address and had it returned, but the refund has still not been credited to me.

I really liked the product and was using it happily. Experiencing this kind of issue has honestly been disappointing. I am requesting that my grievance be resolved and that the product be made available to me again at the same price I originally paid.
