We purchased and installed two indoor units, models AP25592 and AP08265, along with an outdoor unit to operate them together. These installations were completed in February and March to avoid the rush of summer. However, the units keep malfunctioning, forcing us to call for service repeatedly. The latest error code is "Error U0-00." We tried contacting the service again, but due to the June rush, it's nearly impossible to reach them. This error code indicates insufficient gas or no gas at all. It's unbelievable that a brand-new unit could leak gas or that we were sold an inadequate unit. Either way, Daikin has been nothing but disappointing, especially considering its higher price compared to competitors. These issues should not be happening at all.
