CycleGear Employee OKs Return, Different Store Refuses
I purchased a track suit at a store on June 15th as a backup for a track day, next day. I asked the store employee if I could return it if I didn’t use it, and they said yes. The suit had some dust on the ankles, but I was assured I could return it as long as it was unused. rented a suit at the track and never wore the purchased one. I even have receipts and photos to prove it. When I tried to return the suit at a different store, they refused because of the dust, which was there when I bought it. They suggested I clean it and return later, cleaned the suit and returned, but the manager still refused to accept it, claiming it was used without any inspection. What am I? your stress ball?
