CycleGear Employee OKs Return, Different Store Refuses
I purchased a track suit at a store on June 15th as a backup for a track day, next day. I asked the store employee if I could return it if I didn’t use it, and they said yes. The suit had some dust on the ankles, but I was assured I could return it as long as it was unused. rented a suit at the track and never wore the purchased one. I even have receipts and photos to prove it. When I tried to return the suit at a different store, they refused because of the dust, which was there when I bought it. They suggested I clean it and return later, cleaned the suit and returned, but the manager still refused to accept it, claiming it was used without any inspection.
