Today at 9:55 a.m., an amount was deducted from my account while I was editing my CV on CVwizard, even though I had already made a payment at that time. This situation is unfair, and I kindly request a refund of my money. I have also attached my payment receipts for your reference. Please review this matter and take the necessary action as soon as possible. I feel very let down, and I truly need this money right now.
