CVwizard deducted money from my account without my agreement, about P297. I demand a full refund as there was no arrangement for such a charge, and I never authorized any ongoing payment. This feels more like fraud, and it is not supposed to be like this. They should pay back the amount taken.
I was charged for something I didn’t purchase. I made a once-off payment on CVwizard of R20, but on the 28th they took R300 without my consent. I didn’t subscribe to anything; I don’t even have a subscription number or a confirmation email if I did maybe subscribe by mistake.
