Cancel My Subscription And Refund My Money Back
I am filing a formal complaint regarding unauthorized recurring charges taken by CVwizard from my Mashreq Bank card, despite the fact that I cancelled my subscription in August 2026. In August 2026, while in the UAE, I used CVwizard only once and immediately cancelled the subscription in the same month because I did not agree to any ongoing or recurring plan. Nevertheless, CVwizard has continued to debit my card 19.99 USD (around 80 AED) per month without my consent. This is unacceptable and I consider these transactions unauthorized. Mashreq Bank notifications clearly show that CVwizard charged 19.99 USD on 15 September 2026 and again 19.99 USD on 15 October 2026. These two amounts, totalling 39.98 USD, were taken after my cancellation and without any new authorization or additional service from my side. I did not request any further use of CVwizard and I did not approve these recurring payments. My CVwizard account email is: raisab***[email protected]. I demand that CVwizard immediately and permanently cancels any active subscription or recurring payment linked to this account, and refunds the full amount of 39.98 USD (two charges of 19.99 USD on 15 September 2026 and 15 October 2026) to my Mashreq card without delay. I expect a prompt written response, confirmation that my subscription has been fully cancelled, and a clear guarantee that no further charges will be taken from my card. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will have to escalate the matter through my bank and, if necessary, to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
