Fraud Deduction From My Account Through CVmaker

I used the website Cvmaker.com to create a CV and chose what I believed to be a one-time payment only to download my CV. However, without my clear knowledge or consent, the company started deducting recurring subscription fees from my account. The charges appear on my bank and card statements as “cvmaker.com 90331896 Amsterdam NLD ##0326” and are processed via StepPay. At first, they were around 24.95 USD per month, and later in 2025 the StepPay withdrawals ranged roughly between 38.13 and 40.34 USD per transaction. These withdrawals have continued over a long period, and in total 612.76 USD has been taken from my card and bank accounts, even though I never intended to purchase a subscription or authorize such repeated payments. When I noticed these withdrawals, I contacted Cvmaker.com customer service and clearly explained that I only paid for a single CV download and did not agree to any subscription. Despite this, they informed me that they would not refund the amounts that had been taken. I am requesting a full refund of the total amount of 612.76 USD that has been charged without my explicit consent, and I also want any existing subscription on my account to be cancelled immediately so that no further payments are taken.
