On September 5, 2025, a company called “Cryzen Crypto” persistently and provocatively invited me to their platform, urging me to invest starting with small amounts. I initially deposited 158 USDT, but the trades quickly turned against me (a situation they called a “hedge”), and they repeatedly demanded that I send additional funds to “rescue” the positions. Even though I stated from the very first trade that I did not wish to invest further, they played on my emotions by insisting I was missing opportunities and causing losses to both myself and them, and as a result I transferred about $13,000 more. Throughout this process, I was given assurances that my funds would be returned. Later, the platform allegedly provided an 8,000 USDT so-called credit to recover the losing positions and showed that the trades had been successfully closed, yet before I could withdraw the realized profit they demanded another $9,000, offering no guarantee that the actual funds would be paid out. The people I communicated with refused to share any identification or company address, and under no legal framework is there a legitimate practice requiring an advance payment to release one’s own capital. Including the loans I took out, these transactions have cost me approximately $26,000. Moreover, the coins traded were not publicly listed but existed only within this company’s platform, which clearly raises suspicion about the legitimacy of the operations. Although the individuals involved do not live in Turkey, the companies used for money withdrawal are located in Turkey; I have kept all records of the communications, including WhatsApp conversations. My own investigation revealed that the address where the complaint is supposedly registered is fake and was allegedly set up about a month ago under the name h* c****. I hereby request the full reimbursement of the total amount of $26,000 and ask that the relevant authorities initiate all necessary legal actions against this company. The company Cryzen Crypto demanding an up-front payment from me on the basis of a “debit” transaction is unlawful, and requesting money with the promise of releasing the profits I have earned is contrary to both legal regulations and proper commercial practice.
