SuperStep Denies Warranty on Torn Crocs Echo Clogs After 6 Months of Indoor Use

I have been using the men's Crocs Echo Clogs I purchased from the SuperStep website intermittently for about 6 months, exclusively indoors at a hospital. Despite this light use, a tear developed on the upper part of the clog, and I sent the product in for inspection.

The inspection resulted in a completely formality-driven rejection, vaguely blaming "user error." I am someone who wears these clogs daily on flat surfaces; I do not climb mountains in them, nor have I subjected them to heavy wear and tear. Therefore, attributing this issue to user error is both illogical and an unfair approach that leaves me victimized as a consumer.

I demand that a product that tears this quickly under normal use be classified as defective, and I request a resolution in the form of a replacement or a full refund.
