Cratosslot Refuses to Close My Account Despite Repeated Requests

For the past three months, I have been repeatedly requesting that my Cratosslot account be closed. I submitted multiple requests and even sent several emails, but all I have received are delaying and evasive responses with no clear solution.

Currently, my account has no balance and no open transactions, so there is absolutely no reason for my membership to remain active. Yet, my request for account closure is being ignored.

This entire process has been a complete waste of my time and has created a very negative experience in terms of customer satisfaction. Instead of being stalled with empty replies, I expect my membership to be canceled quickly and definitively.

I demand confirmation that my account has been permanently closed and that no further unnecessary delays will occur. Customers deserve respect and timely action when they no longer wish to keep their accounts active.
