I made a $23 EFT deposit to Cratosroyalbet last night, but the money hasn’t been credited to my account.
After the transaction, my balance didn’t go up at all. When I contacted live support about this, they told me that the minimum required balance to trade is $69 and that I need to deposit an additional ₺2,000 ($46) to resolve the issue.
I find it extremely insecure and harmful that they are asking me for more money even though the deposit I already made wasn’t credited. I demand that the $23 I sent via EFT to Cratosroyalbet be refunded to me immediately, and that a proper investigation be conducted so my grievance is resolved.
