Cratos Royal Bet Balance Lost After Unauthorized Login on 04.09.2025
On 04.09.2025 at 01:08, while I was playing on my Cratos Royal Bet account, an unauthorized login from a different IP address occurred, and my entire balance was wiped out without my knowledge. This was a serious security breach that I had no control over.
When I contacted customer service about this issue, I was only told repeatedly to activate two-factor authentication, but no solution was offered regarding my lost balance. Instead, I was simply advised to take a “loss bonus” and continue playing, which does not address the fact that my actual funds were stolen.
My username is erdlayr, and this is the first time I have ever experienced such a problem on the platform. I demand that my lost balance be fully refunded and my account be properly secured against further unauthorized access. As a customer, I expect Cratos Royal Bet to take responsibility for protecting user accounts and to provide a fair resolution to this unacceptable situation.
