Costext.com Charged My Ziraat Bank Card Without Authorization or Approval

While reviewing my account transactions, I discovered that Costext.com had charged my Ziraat Bank card twice without my knowledge, authorization, or approval. Two separate transactions of 2,049 TL each, totaling approximately $85, were processed on May 8, 2026, and June 8, 2026, both at 12:00 a.m.

I have never visited the website for these transactions, signed up for a membership, provided any authorization, or made any purchase through Costext.com. I have no knowledge of or connection to these charges.

As soon as I noticed the unauthorized transactions, I immediately contacted Ziraat Bank customer service and reported the issue to the bank. I have the bank receipts and account transaction records documenting these charges. I request that both unauthorized transactions be canceled in full and that the entire amount charged to my card be refunded to me without any deduction.

I have also been unable to find any accessible customer service channel or authorized representative to contact regarding this issue through Costext.com. I urgently request that the unauthorized charges be investigated, my financial loss be fully resolved, and appropriate measures be taken to prevent similar unauthorized transactions from occurring again.
