Cosmos Capital Withdrawal Problem

I have a standard Forex trading account with Cosmos Capital and since 25/05/2026 I have been unable to withdraw my money. Whenever I request a withdrawal, they refuse to process it and instead demand that I first pay additional amounts under the name of tax and exchange rate adjustments. They stated that ₺263,000, which is approximately 5,680 US dollars, must be paid before they will release my own funds. I have contacted them multiple times via WhatsApp, but each time I receive the same answer and a new request for extra money. I have not paid any of these requested amounts and I clearly refused to do so, because I believe these demands are unjustified and are preventing me from accessing my own balance. Despite my repeated attempts, my withdrawal request is still not being processed and the problem is ongoing. I request that Cosmos Capital immediately allow me to withdraw all of my money from my standard FX account without any additional or hidden fees, and that my withdrawal be completed as soon as possible.
