Cosmos Capital Victimized Me, Please Find a Solution
I recently deposited money and started trading under Cosmos Capital's consulting services, but during the trades I was repeatedly told I had made mistakes and was asked to provide collateral each time. In total, I lost over ₺1,000,000. After each so-called mistake, they demanded more collateral, and I even authorized the other party to manage the trades. Eventually, my account was reset for reasons such as "lot exploding" or "spreading spread," and when I asked to withdraw my money, they again told me I needed to deposit collateral. Finally, they sent me a contract requiring me to deposit an additional ₺210,000 as collateral, claiming I would then get a refund, but I no longer have any money. I begged them to help, yet they insisted I had to send more money. My life has been ruined, and I ended up owing ₺200 while trying to make ₺100. We were in constant communication throughout these transactions, and I have all the payment receipts and correspondence. My customer number is 12346***, and I demand a full refund of my losses along with compensation for the hardship I have suffered.

I started using Cosmos Capital’s investment advisory service via their website on 10 August. I deposited money and began trading under their consultancy, following their guidance step by step. During these transactions, I was repeatedly told that I had made mistakes and that I needed to provide collateral each time. In this process, I lost more than ₺1,000,000 in total, even though I was constantly in contact with them and acting according to what they said.
After each alleged mistake, they demanded new collateral and at one point I even authorized the other party to manage the trades directly. Despite this, my account was eventually reset with explanations such as “lot exploding” and “spreading spread”. When I requested to withdraw my remaining money, they again told me that I first needed to deposit collateral. Finally, they sent me a contract and stated that if I deposited an additional ₺210,000 as collateral, I would get a refund, but I no longer had any money to send.
I told them clearly that I had no money left and that my financial situation was ruined, yet they still insisted that I had to send more collateral. After I said that I could not provide any more funds, they did not return to me again. In this process, my life has been turned upside down; while I was trying to earn ₺100, I ended up in debt of around ₺200. My customer number is 12346*** and during all transactions we were in constant communication. I have all payment receipts and correspondence as evidence.
I request that all my losses be fully refunded and that I be compensated for the financial and moral hardship I have suffered as a result of Cosmos Capital’s investment advisory service and the collateral demands that continued despite my clear statements that I had no money left.
They are carrying out organized tricks, usually by setting up phone lines for people abroad. The numbers shown on the screen are entirely part of their own planned setup. The method is always the same: wrong transactions, lottery rollovers, balance reloads, and similar actions. Better to stay away!
