Cosmos Capital Blocking My Forex Withdrawal Request

I have been unable to withdraw the money from my forex account opened through Cosmos Capital for approximately one month. There is a total of $10,000 in my account, of which $4,000 allegedly belongs to Cosmos Capital, while the remaining amount consists of funds I personally deposited for investment purposes, yet none of it is being returned to me. My account number is 13971***. Whenever I request a withdrawal, I am told that a so-called loan was issued on my account and that the block on the account will not be removed unless this loan is repaid. A “loan agreement” was sent to me via WhatsApp, which I signed and returned. They claim that the loan conditions and the possibility of an account restriction in case of non-payment were explained to me; however, despite my stating that I would repay the debt after withdrawing my funds, the block on my account is still not being lifted. In my latest conversation today, I was again told that I must first pay the loan debt, otherwise I would not be able to withdraw my money. Because I do not trust the process, I have not made any payment regarding the alleged loan so far, and as a result I cannot access the money I personally invested either. About one month ago, I filed a complaint at the police station stating that I believed I had been deceived under the guise of a “forex investment.” I urgently request that the restriction on my account be removed, that the money I personally deposited be returned to me in full, and that, if necessary, I may then continue the payment process regarding the alleged loan debt separately. I want my victimization to be resolved and I request that Cosmos Capital conduct the necessary investigation into this matter.
