Approximately 6 months ago, I started leveraged trading through Cosmos Capital, and during this period I suffered a total loss of around $47,000. Initially, I deposited about $31,000 and gave full trading authority to a customer advisor. Despite this, the entire amount I invested was completely wiped out.
Later, the same company contacted me again after I filed a complaint on Şikayetvar and persuaded me to remove it. They convinced me to take out another loan, promising that it would not be at my expense and that they would help recover my losses. Based on these assurances, I resumed trading. During this period, I even reached a profit of around $6,000. However, during one transaction, my internet connection dropped, and at that exact moment, Cosmos Capital’s system opened two trades simultaneously. As a result, my balance suffered another major loss.
In an attempt to recover my funds, I was then asked to make an additional payment of around $5,000. Despite this, I was unable to recover either my initial investment or the additional funds I deposited, and my losses continued to grow. Throughout this process, multiple representatives contacted me, including individuals named E*** Ç****, U***, and G****. Each of them provided guidance and instructions, but ultimately I was left with a significant financial loss and serious victimization.
I have full WhatsApp message records documenting all these interactions, and I am prepared to present them as evidence if necessary. I demand that Cosmos Capital compensate me for my total loss of approximately $47,000, which resulted from their guidance and the technical issues they claim occurred within their system. I also strongly warn others considering trading with this company to be extremely cautious and request that a thorough investigation be conducted to prevent others from experiencing the same situation.
