Cosmos Capital Trapped My Forex Balance
Between 12.05.2026 and 15.05.2026, I suffered serious financial losses in forex transactions carried out through an investment account I opened via Cosmos Capital and the Kryton application. Under the guidance of an individual introduced to me as an investment advisor, U** F** E**, several profitable trades were initially made, but afterwards I was systematically directed into transactions that caused my account balance to fall into negative territory. In particular, during one trade, the lot/unit amount entered into the system appeared with an extra zero compared to the amount communicated by U** F** E**, and due to this apparently erroneous transaction, a large portion of my balance suddenly became negative. Following this, I was repeatedly contacted by phone under the pretext of “recovering the balance,” and I was told that my free margin was insufficient and that I absolutely had to deposit additional funds in order to save the account. As a result, I was persuaded to make multiple additional money transfers. In total, I deposited $28,800, and together with the $14,900 profit generated during the transactions, my balance reached a total of $43,700. However, during another transaction later on, a similar situation occurred again under the claim that there had been an “incorrect entry,” my free margin was once more reduced to a critical level, and the same scenario was repeated. At the final stage, although my investment advisor E** T** stated after the third transfer that the account had returned to profit and that I could immediately submit a withdrawal request, after all positions were closed, I was this time instructed to open new positions under the pretext of hedge transactions and quota requirements. Due to the spread difference in the currency pair pricing, almost my entire balance was left trapped in opposing positions, making it impossible for me to withdraw my funds. I am currently still in telephone communication with company representatives. Investment advisor E** T** continues to demand additional deposits, claiming that if I load more money, the segment difference and spread gap will close and I will then be able to receive payment. Another official named S** claims that he has provided information regarding the process, yet no concrete action has been taken to actually resolve my losses. My account ID number is 12632*** and I believe that the entire process was not an isolated mistake but rather a systematic chain of manipulation and misleading guidance. I request the full return of the $43,700 balance in my account, a detailed investigation of all transactions carried out through the Kryton application by Cosmos Capital and the related investment advisors, and the implementation of the necessary sanctions to prevent similar victimizations from happening to others.
