If your CooMeet account was locked after payment, immediately email their support at [email protected] with subject “Account Locked After Payment,” include your registered email, transaction ID, date/time of payment, and screenshots.
You should also use their official Contact page via CooMeet’s website to submit a help ticket.
If you can’t access the support through your account, contact Comewel Ltd (their payment/management partner) via their contact form, supplying the same proof and stating your request to restore the account or refund.
