I Face Coomet Subscription Charging My Card Without Access or Cancellation Option

I had been using the minute package service from the Coomet website for about a year. Recently, I have been completely unable to access the site and cannot log into my account. After logging out through the app, I tried to log back in, but the system no longer recognizes my email address. Despite being locked out of my account and unable to use the service, my bank card continues to be charged around $2 every month automatically.
I cannot even see which card is being charged, and there is no option to cancel my subscription. This situation has left me frustrated and feeling trapped, as I am paying for a service I cannot access and do not want anymore.
I demand that Coomet immediately cancels my subscription, stops these unauthorized monthly charges, and ensures I am no longer billed without my consent. Customers deserve transparent billing and reliable access to the services they pay for.
