Coomeet iOS Premium Account Blocked After Payment

I have been having a serious problem with my Coomeet account on iOS and I cannot get any clear answer from your support team. I used Coomeet some time ago on my old phone without any issues and had people there I regularly chatted with. About five days ago, I installed Coomeet again on my new iPhone and created a premium account, but shortly after I paid, my account was blocked. Thinking it might be a mistake or something I did wrong during registration, I tried again with two other email addresses, yet all three accounts were blocked in the same way right after payment. On my current device I am trying to use Coomeet with the email address kennemer_st***@outlook.com. In total I paid approximately 14.89 €, 14.83 € and 32.04 € using my bank account via crypto, because payment with Visa gave an error. After each payment the account was blocked, and I could not continue using the service. I did not receive any warning while I was in chat, and I have never been clearly informed about what rule I supposedly violated. Your support replies, both via in‑app support and email, have always been the same copied message, without explaining why my account is blocked or how this decision was made. I was told that I had received emails before, but I had already changed phones and no longer used that old email account, so I could not see any previous communication or details. I am also worried whether the person who bought my old phone might have accessed my old email, but I have no information from you to understand what actually happened. I am kindly asking you to review this situation in detail, explain clearly why my account has been blocked, and if there has been a mistake, to unblock my account so I can reconnect with the people I used to talk to. I miss being able to chat with them and I would like to use your service again normally. I would appreciate a transparent explanation and a fair re‑evaluation of my case.
