Connected2.Me Password Reset Email Not Arriving — I Can’t Access My Account

I forgot the password to my Connected2.Me account, so I tried to reset it by using the “Forgot Password” option to send a reset link to my Hotmail email address. Each time, the app or website shows a “reset email sent” notification, but no password reset email ever arrives. I’ve checked my spam and junk folders multiple times, yet the email never appears.

I experienced this issue on September 20, 2025, and have tried at least five times since then. I previously had an active account, but now I’m unable to access it. I also couldn’t reach customer support because there’s no direct contact channel available.

I kindly request technical assistance to reset my password and restore my access to my account as soon as possible.
