Coomeet Charged My Card After Minor Purchased Package

An unauthorized 10-minute package purchase appears to have been made on my Coomeet account linked to the email address Me********@gmail.com** on November 27, 2025, without my knowledge or consent. As a result of this transaction, $4 was charged. This purchase was made by my 14-year-old child, who was able to complete the transaction without any additional verification or parental approval.
The fact that anyone can purchase packages this easily—especially allowing children to complete transactions with a single click—is completely unacceptable. This represents a serious failure in terms of security and user protection. I would like to clearly state that I did not approve this purchase in any way and only became aware of it after the transaction had already occurred.
Because this transaction was carried out without my consent and by a minor, I am requesting that the $4 be refunded to my account immediately and without delay. I also request that stricter security measures be implemented, especially for child users, that additional confirmation mechanisms be introduced for such purchases, and that all necessary checks be put in place to prevent similar unauthorized transactions from occurring on my account in the future.
