Coomeet Charged $5 Without My Consent – Refund Request

I willingly purchased a Premium subscription on Coomeet, but while using the app, my Premium minutes suddenly ran out, and I was redirected to a purchase screen. However, I did not click anything, yet $5 was automatically deducted from my account without my authorization.

This is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund. I did not approve this charge, and it seems like the app is charging users without consent.

Coomeet, please process my refund as soon as possible and ensure that this doesn’t happen to other users. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate it further. Has anyone else experienced this unauthorized charge?
