I mistakenly incurred a $700 charge on my account while using CooMeet, which I neither intended nor authorized. I immediately sought to cancel and request a refund, but I have been left unsure of the proper steps to take. My bank has stated they can only assist through a spending dispute process, but I have not received any clear guidance from CooMeet regarding this matter.

I am frustrated and disappointed with the lack of assistance from CooMeet. This is a significant amount, and I need it resolved urgently. I demand clear instructions on how to process this refund and expect immediate action to rectify this issue. Failing to address this matter promptly is unacceptable.
