My Longtime Connected2.Me Account Was Banned Without Reason — I Want It Restored

I’ve been a loyal Connected2.Me user for about eight years, but today my account with the username “mrv0009” was suspended without any explanation. Before the account was closed, I received no warnings, notifications, or messages about any violations. Recently, I only noticed that some of my stories were being deleted, but aside from that, there were no restrictions or unusual activity.
My account didn’t have any paid memberships or exclusive content, and I always used the app from my iPhone device. I strongly believe my account was suspended by mistake, not due to any breach of the community guidelines.
I attempted to contact Connected2.Me customer support, but have not received any response.
I am requesting a clear explanation for why my account was closed and for my account to be reactivated immediately. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this issue.
