Connected2 App Deleted My Story Promotion Without Violation And Denied Refund

I have a Plus subscription on the Connected2 mobile app and I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior. On November 18 at 12:41 AM I paid for a paid promotion to boost two of my stories. As soon as I bought the promotion, I received a message from the app saying my account content had been removed due to a violation — causing the money I paid to be wasted.

I’ve never experienced such a problem before and I have not contacted customer service yet. I made the payment via Apple. Although I did not violate any rules, my content was removed and my payment was not refunded.

I demand a refund of my payment and an explanation for why I was wrongly penalized.
