Connected2.me Took My Money & Closed My Account Repeatedly

Connected2.me has taken my money multiple times and then closed my account without any explanation. To make matters worse, they refuse to refund me despite repeatedly doing this.
Every time I try to get support or dispute the issue, they require me to be a Plus member just to file a complaint. This is completely unfair! Why should I have to pay more just to dispute an issue caused by them?
I demand that Connected2.me return my money and stop unfairly closing my account. This kind of scam-like behavior is unacceptable, and I expect a fair resolution immediately. Fix this now!
