Connected2.me Banned My Account After Purchasing Ads

I purchased an ad on Connected2.me, yet my account was banned immediately for "inappropriate content," even though my post contained nothing explicit. It was a regular photo, fully clothed, with nothing against the platform’s rules. My account was brand new, and as soon as I ran the ad, I was banned without warning.

This has now happened twice, and both times, the money was taken with no refund or explanation. Not only does the platform delete everything, but they also refuse to issue a refund. This feels like a scam, and I demand either my account reinstated or a full refund for the ads I paid for. Fix this issue immediately!
