Coinpayu ID Verification Failed Repeatedly and Withdrawal Blocked

I have been experiencing a persistent ID verification issue on Coinpayu when trying to withdraw my funds. While attempting to cash out around 4,000 coins, the system requested identity verification, which I tried to complete correctly several times. I uploaded my ID card as requested and followed the instructions on the verification page carefully. Despite this, each attempt ended with the same “Your verification failed” message, and I was unable to proceed with the withdrawal. I repeated the process approximately 5–7 times, but the result did not change. Because of this ongoing verification failure, I still cannot withdraw my 4,000 coins. I request that my ID verification be manually reviewed, my account be verified if everything is in order, and my withdrawal be processed as soon as possible.
