Coinpayu Blocked My UAE Access; I Had A $32 Earned Balance

As a golden level member of Coinpayu, I had a balance of 32 dollars in my account, earned through completing surveys and watching ads. Until around 6 September I was able to access the platform without any problem. For the last three days, however, I have been unable to access the site from the United Arab Emirates. When I try to open it, I receive an error message saying that the website cannot be reached and the page does not load at all. I kindly request that my account be checked, my 32‑dollar balance be secured, and that either access to the platform be restored or my balance be paid out to me in a way you find appropriate. I expect clear information about the reason for this access problem and what will be done about my funds.
