Coinpayu Suspends Primary Account With $115 Balance Over Accidental Dual-Login

Due to accidentally logging into the Coinpayu platform with a different Gmail account and completing tasks, my primary account linked to the email address a***************@gmail.com was unfairly suspended approximately one week ago. Although there is a balance of over 4,000 TRY (approx. $115 USD) in my account and I submitted a withdrawal request, no payment was issued, and my account was disabled.

Following this incident, when I contacted the Coinpayu support team, I was instructed to delete my secondary accounts. Despite fulfilling this requested action completely, my main account—where my funds are located and which I actively use—remained suspended, blocking access to my balance.

I demand that Coinpayu re-evaluate my account, lift the unfair suspension, and release my balance of over 4,000 TRY. I request that necessary checks be performed, my verified primary account be reinstated, and my hardship be resolved.
