Coinbase Never Credited My $8 USDT Transfer and Offers No Real Support

I would like to report an issue I experienced on the Coinbase app, especially regarding the lack of support shown toward users in Turkey. As a test, I sent $8 worth of USDT from another wallet to my Coinbase account. I completed the transaction on November 22, 2025, at around 9:35 AM, using the ERC20 network, by copying and pasting my Coinbase wallet address correctly. Despite enough time passing, this USDT balance never appeared in my Coinbase account.
The main problem is not just the missing $8 transfer, but the fact that Coinbase’s user support is almost nonexistent. Through both the app and the website, I could not find a working support email, a proper live chat, or any accessible support channel from Turkey. The only option presented is a U.S.-based phone number, which essentially feels like being told, “If you have a problem, call America.” Considering how many users Coinbase has in Turkey, the absence of even basic communication channels is extremely disrespectful and undermines trust.
I expect Coinbase to provide a clear explanation regarding what happened to my $8 USDT transfer and, if possible, credit the amount to my account. In addition, I demand that Coinbase establish an accessible, transparent, and reliable support system for users in Turkey, so people are not left feeling abandoned and disadvantaged. I want concrete steps to be taken to prevent users from being harmed by these kinds of practices.
