Clinique Eye Cream Causes Dryness and Sticky Residue

I purchased the Clinique 96-Hour Hydrating Eye Cream from Clinique's official seller on Trendyol, expecting it to deliver on its moisturizing promise. However, when I applied the product, it left an unpleasant sticky residue on my skin, making it feel as though I had applied honey instead of a moisturizer.

Worse, rather than hydrating my eye area, it caused increased dryness, accentuating fine lines instead of smoothing them. I only used the product once and was deeply disappointed by the results. I request an immediate return and refund for this product, as it failed to meet expectations and worsened my skin condition. Clinique, please address this issue promptly.
