Your Health is in Danger At Clinimed Nişantaşı Polyclinic!

Due to the fracture of my front tooth, on May 22, 2022, I started my treatment by applying to Clinimed Nişantaşı Polyclinic (formerly known as Clinident Nişantaşı) under the supervision of Dr. Hasan Konuks****, trusting him. He promised that the agreed-upon fee would not be affected by the rise in the dollar, and he said the treatment would last a maximum of 6 months. However, during my treatment, Dr. Konuks**** and his team left the clinic without any notice. When I applied to the clinic, they told me that the old team had erased all the documents and fled. My treatment was left unfinished. Despite paying a significant portion of the fee, the new team at the clinic refused to accept the initially agreed-upon price and demanded a new payment. The amount I paid to the clinic was more than the procedures performed. I contacted Dr. Hasan Konuks**** about this, but unfortunately, he showed no interest and, by breaking his agreement, closed the matter by stating that the clinic was justified. The most important issue I complain about is that, initially, instead of making an implant for the broken tooth, he said that all six of my teeth needed to be shaved for crowns. I had to go to other clinics for advice and then realized that my treatment could be done with a single implant without shaving all six teeth. The new management of the clinic, Dr. Bahar Do***, promised to complete all my procedures within 17 days if I paid the amount they requested. We continued the treatment on May 12, 2023. Dr. Bahar Do*** changed the staff several times, and my treatment did not progress at all; she also disappeared, just like the previous team of doctors. This time, the clinic changed its name from Clinident to CliniMed and moved to a new location. I found out its new location and went there. According to the statements of the new team, Dr. Hasan Konuks**** has been delaying me for 8 months for a part to come from abroad due to using a different brand for an implant and the lack of availability of this implant head in the clinic. The examining doctors say that the treatments performed are incorrect. Hasan Hoca's technical errors are obvious, but most importantly, he deceived me and shaved my teeth. It has not been completed for 2 years. For all this time, I have been trying to eat with temporary teeth. I have both financial and spiritual losses. I am complaining about both CliniMed (Clinident) and Dr. Hasan Konuks****.
