I purchased the Clear “48-Hour Moisture + Anti-Dandruff Protection” shampoo from a market about a week ago, and I have used it every day since then. After the very first use, I began to develop pimples on the back of my neck and across my entire scalp. Because the shampoo runs down onto my shoulders while rinsing, I also developed pimples on my shoulders. I feel intense pain and itching, especially on my neck area and the front part of my scalp. My symptoms increased with every use, and I have never experienced anything like this with any other shampoo.
I stopped using the product today after realizing the situation. I no longer have the receipt, but I still have the packaging. I have not visited a doctor yet; however, if my symptoms do not improve within a few days, I will seek medical attention. I request that the product be inspected, as a shampoo causing such a fast and severe skin reaction poses a potential health risk.
