I have been using Clear Anti-Hair Loss shampoo for a long time; however, over the past 2–3 weeks, I have experienced a noticeable increase in hair loss, along with itching and a burning sensation on my scalp after using the product. I never had these issues before, and the fact that they started even though I continued using the same product has made me seriously concerned.
I purchased the shampoo from a Watsons store, but I have not yet contacted Clear customer service or Watsons regarding this issue. I am writing to report my complaint, to inform you of the situation, and to request information about the product’s ingredients and possible side effects.
Due to this negative experience, I am requesting a refund for the product I purchased. I also ask for a clear explanation as to the cause of these side effects, whether there has been any recent change in the product formula, and whether similar complaints have been reported by other users.
