Clash of Clans Active Account Wrongfully Disabled After Deleting Another

I play Clash of Clans on my iPhone and manage two accounts under the same Supercell ID (s***************@gmail.com)**. About six months ago, I deleted one of my accounts intentionally. However, when I later tried to log into my other active account, I started receiving the error message: “account disabled.”

I have tried accessing the account from different devices and through the same Supercell ID, but the result is always the same. Importantly, this account had no payment issues and was never meant to be deleted. When I contacted Supercell Support, I was told that deleted accounts cannot be recovered—but my problem is different, as I did not request the deletion of this particular account.

This situation has left me locked out of the account where I invested time and progress. I request that Supercell reactivate my disabled account so I can continue my game where I left off. Players should not lose access to their main accounts simply because a different account tied to the same Supercell ID was deleted.
