DiamondTopupBD Refund Request for Missing Clash of Clans Gold Pass

I made a purchase today around 1:00 a.m. from the website diamondtopupbd.com for a Clash of Clans Gold Pass. The site offered the Gold Pass for 650 BDT and I paid 650৳ via bKash for the product named "Clash of Clan Gold Pass BD" for my game account. On the product page they stated that the delivery would be fast and would take about 1 hour. I had previously bought my first Clash of Clans Gold Pass from this same site last month for 175 BDT and at that time I was very satisfied with their kind and fast delivery, which made me trust them and order again. However, this time, even though the payment went through and my order number #105313 was created, the delivery status on their website has been stuck on “processing” from the very beginning and I have not received the Gold Pass in my game. I contacted them via WhatsApp, they saw my messages but did not respond in any way, and I am left without either the product or my money, which makes me feel like I have been scammed. If they cannot deliver the Gold Pass immediately to my Clash of Clans account, I request a full refund of the 650৳ I paid via bKash for order #105313. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I am not made to suffer any further loss.
