My Clash of Clans username is mit, and I play on an Android phone. On August 30, 2025, around 15:00, I entered Edit Mode to change my village layout. During this process, my internet connection dropped several times. At first, I was able to continue editing after reconnecting, but during the final disconnection, my entire village layout was lost.
At that time, there was a small in-game update available, but I had not yet installed it, and it was not a major patch. I did not spend any resources or make any payments while editing, and I also did not receive any error messages during the process.
I kindly request that my lost village layout be restored or that a solution be provided so I don’t lose progress when similar issues happen again. Please escalate this issue to the relevant team so it can be resolved promptly.
