Clash of Clans Builder Pack Payment Charged but Not Delivered
On January 24, 2025, I purchased the Builder Pack in Clash of Clans for ₺119, and the amount was charged to my Vodafone bill. However, despite the charge, the Builder Pack did not activate in the game. This issue seems to have occurred because I accidentally pressed the back button during the payment process.
I contacted the Clash of Clans support team, and they requested a screenshot of the invoice, specifically the GPA code from the confirmation email. Unfortunately, I never received any invoice via email. I then reached out to Vodafone, explaining that I was charged but did not receive the service. Vodafone informed me that because the payment was made as a one-time charge, they could not process a refund.
Later, I found out through my research that Google marked the payment as canceled, yet the amount was still deducted from my account. I need clarification on why the payment was canceled and, if possible, for the payment not to be canceled so I can receive the Builder Pack. Alternatively, I request the invoice to be sent to my email or my money refunded.
Please resolve this issue promptly as it is frustrating to pay for a service and not receive it.
