Chicco Cup Smell and Leakage Issue

I bought a Chicco cup from E-bebek, and it smells moldy inside and leaks. I sent it for inspection, but they responded negatively. We buy it thinking it's high quality, but it disappoints customers. I wish I hadn't bought it. There was liquid left inside, it's a cup, how can this happen? It leaks, I can't put it in my bag, and it can't stay sideways. I don't plan to choose it again. I would also advise against it for anyone considering buying it.
