Hello, first of all, I am Yusuf B***, an architect and I also deal with manufacturing. On 21/04/2025, I bought a zero km omoda 5 Pro from Konya Chery dealer Atsanlar Motor Vehicles. While driving the vehicle, after 4-5 days, I noticed that the tail light was getting water, the rear tail light had steamed, then I went to the service and they showed me a statement like there is such an article in the manual, there may be misting and evaporation in the rear tail light of the vehicle, it will pass over time, and I left the dealership in good faith, thinking that it will pass over time. I noticed that the rear tail light was getting water due to the rains that fell in Konya in 2 weeks, the right side of the tail light had gotten 2 cm of water and the whole tail light had steamed up, I went to the service again, we already applied to the warranty department about this issue, they said we can't do anything, we can't help you, in order for me to change this, we need a positive response from the warranty, they said we can change it accordingly, I want my grievance to be resolved and the tail light of the vehicle to be changed, the water that accumulates in the tail light of my vehicle can damage any electronic part of my vehicle in the following stretch, but when I went, I couldn't find a proper person to talk to, is such a thing possible?
