Chery Blamed Me for Valve Issue on My TIGGO 7 PRO MAX Despite Casting Defect

On 27/11/2024, I purchased a Chery TIGGO 7 PRO MAX Exceptional package vehicle from Fethiye Yön Otomotiv. My vehicle is currently at 3,700 km. I received an air pressure warning a few days after I started using the vehicle. I am a tradesman in the industry and my neighbor is a tire repairman. After the air pressure checks, the missing air was completed. What caught my attention was the rapid decrease in air pressure and especially the pressure of the right rear tire dropped to 27 after 1 week. Thinking that a screw had entered, the tire was removed and checked, nothing was found. The air pressures were renewed again. Again, when the tire pressure dropped in a short time, the tire was removed again. A small air leak was seen from the bottom of the valve seat. When the plastic valve was removed, it was seen that there was a casting error where the valve seats of the rim entered. It was seen that the slot, which should have been smooth, had roughness due to casting and the valve did not sit properly. A steel valve was installed instead of the plastic valve. This process was done because the rubber where the steel valve sits on the rim is thicker. The pressure drop level decreased. Instead of 1 week, it started to drop to 27 in 2 weeks. After contacting Yön Automotive, they came from the workplace and took the vehicle to the service. They said that they took the necessary pictures, opened a file and requested a change to the headquarters. They said that they received a rejection response a few days later and reported that it was due to external factors. Yes, I changed the original plastic valve, but the problem was the casting error on the steel rim. I did not understand how I could have interfered with the steel rim. I also had the other 3 tires removed and checked, and saw that they were all faulty and took pictures. I had steel valves installed on the other 3 to reduce pressure drops. I received a call from the headquarters and was told that it was again due to external factors. The casting error is clearly visible from the pictures. I was left alone with my first problem due to a manufacturing defect in my vehicle that I use with love and praise. Of course, I will apply to the consumer court as the last step. But I want to leave the court process to the end in order not to lose interest in Chery, which I love and want to use for many years.
