I was banned from Chatroulette because they claimed I am under 18 years old, but the truth is that I am 22. I had only been using the platform for three days before getting banned. I have already submitted five complaints via email, but I haven't received any response. Please help me resolve this issue.

Nothing. I have checked my account everyday to see if it's unbanned. And no results. It keeps popping out the banned sign

I was unbanned after 2 days, but just 2 days after using the website again, the same issue came back—it says I'm under 18. How many times do I have to explain this? I'm 22 years old and already submitted my ID the first time this happened. This is getting really frustrating.

Only two days after I was unbanned, I got banned again by Chatroulette for the same reasons. I don’t understand why this keeps happening to me. I’ve already submitted my ID card and clearly stated my birthdate: 2 August 2002. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am requesting your urgent support to fix this situation.

My account still isn't working due to a ban, and it's absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t break any rules, yet I was banned for "inappropriate content" and supposedly being under 18. I’ve done nothing wrong, and I’m not underage. This ban is completely unjustified, and I’d like a proper explanation and resolution.

Still no solution or response from them. i'm waiting for them to unban me from my personal account. At this rate, I should be making new emails to use this app

I received an email stating that the issue had been fixed, but when I checked, the same problem remains—I'm still banned.
