I'm Requesting an Easier Cancellation Process for ChatGPT Subscription Services

I ended up subscribing to this AI page because ChatGPT, after a few questions, mistakenly suggested it would be beneficial for me to subscribe in order to keep asking these questions. I subscribed so as not to become a financial burden in exchange for the service. I subscribed in about 2 minutes, using fingerprint verification and such. A charge of $22 for this page appeared on my statement. I struggled to cancel it. Trying to communicate through a laptop and a phone was very difficult; this needs to be made immediately easier.
